None of these nutrients acts alone. Zinc is worth checking specifically in a child who seems short for their age. Iodine matters enormously in cases of real deficiency and barely at all in mild, borderline cases. Vitamin K2, magnesium, vitamin C, vitamin A, iron, omega-3/DHA, and B12/folate all matter genuinely but are rarely the limiting factor in a child eating a reasonably varied diet. The one nutrient here where more is measurably worse, not just wasted, is vitamin A — worth knowing given how many supplements include it.
